Hey there, I'm Rick, a digital product designer based in Scotland. I've collaborated with great teams to create products for a wide range of users: kids learning science, aspiring pizza chefs, emergency service workers, and many more.

These days, my work is focused on designing inclusive, scalable user experiences, rooted in a deep understanding of the challenges people face in digital products. On my best days, I'm diving into hands-on user research, leading UX workshops, or building accessible design systems in Figma.

I'm a tech enthusiast, at heart, and spend a lot of time tinkering. Being curious about the world and emerging technologies shapes the way I design. When I'm not thinking about computers, you'll find me on side quests: hiking, learning new skills (most recently Pilates and Spanish), or hunting for the perfect fish taco.
